Responsibilities

  • Support the Benelux Value Engineering team on customer engagements as part of the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
  • Uncover customer business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can support business objectives and AI strategies.
  • Execute proof projects, quantify business value, and present recommendations to senior executives.
  • Prototype and develop customer-specific traditional machine-learning, LLM-based, and orchestration solutions.
  • Drive change management and value realization while supporting positive return on investment.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and influence AI product innovation.
  • Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Value Engineering organization.
  • Travel to the Benelux region for in-person customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Valuable work or internship experience.
  • Basic knowledge of or hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python.
  • Passion for technology, data, AI, and applying technology to business problems.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior management, influence decision-makers, and present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to the Benelux region to meet clients in person.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Exposure to process mining principles or completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is welcome.
