Responsibilities
- Own quality assurance across retrieval accuracy, multilingual output validation, NICE synchronization and writeback, API contracts, and regression coverage.
- Define test strategies and acceptance criteria with the Business Analyst for the Phase 1 scope.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure consistent quality across multilingual environments and AI-driven outputs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA engineering experience is listed in the requirements, while the role overview requests 6+ years.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as pytest or equivalent.
- Strong API testing skills using Postman or REST-based tools.
- Experience integrating QA processes with CI pipelines.
- Exposure to RAG or LLM output evaluation is a plus.
- Experience with multilingual testing in German, Italian, French, and Dutch is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
