Base Salary
$221k - $331k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and train bandit models and large-scale neural network models.
- Work across feature engineering, training data development, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, quality evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model outputs with company objectives.
- Help drive strategic product and business decisions as a member of the Monetization leadership group.
- Stay current with developments in machine learning, especially large language models and bandits.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient machine learning solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI research engineer in areas such as large language models, bandits, computer vision, or related fields.
- Strong applied experience training and fine-tuning large models.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field focused on machine learning or artificial intelligence, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
