Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex, distributed systems.
- Drive execution by building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conducting technical demonstrations.
- Act as the final authority on technical designs, reviewing architectural proposals.
- Drive the adoption of Agentic services and architect orchestration layers.
- Coach a community of developers to improve design-led development practices.
- Partner with the Head of Engineering to translate global roadmaps into technical strategies.
- Standardize the integration of complex data environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
- Hands-on coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java.
- Deep experience architecting resilient microservices and distributed systems in AWS.
- Understanding of Agentic AI architecture and multi-agent orchestration.
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with modern data and integration platforms like Snowflake and dbt.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office in Prague.
