Responsibilities
- Build applications using Go and Ruby on Rails.
- Identify critical details and prioritize incremental delivery.
- Design and deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Respond efficiently to changing requirements.
- Maintain high quality by delivering well-tested code.
- Break down existing systems using a service-oriented architecture.
- Own features throughout the development process.
- Participate in on-call duty based on rotation.
Requirements
- Expert-level technical depth and system-level thinking.
- Strong experience in building distributed systems with cloud service-oriented architecture.
- Demonstrated production ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with web-based APIs.
- Comfortable in continuous deployment environments.
- Knowledge of Go or Ruby is a plus.
