$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for the Entra Admin Center and foundational administration experiences.
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives for AI-powered administration, platform modernization, and shared engineering capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and accessible solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and security leaders to influence roadmaps and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Provide architectural guidance, operational rigor, performance optimization, and continuous platform quality and reliability improvements.
- Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar through thought leadership, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software.
- Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and C#, along with backend technologies and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience solving problems using query languages and tools such as Kusto.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems and AI/ML solutions, plus the ability to collaborate across disciplines, levels, and product teams.
