Responsibilities
- Own service design, data contracts, and API quality.
- Design and implement critical services and lead complex refactors.
- Improve test automation, coverage, and release health metrics.
- Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot incidents.
- Provide technical leadership through pairing and code reviews.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and improve performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable components in enterprise environments.
- Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience implementing security and compliance requirements.
- Ability to clearly communicate trade-offs and technical decisions.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Scrum/SAFe or PMP is desirable.
