Base Salary
$161k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
- Lead technical account strategies for strategic customers.
- Serve as the technical lead for customer use cases and onboarding processes.
- Address technical issues and questions related to production status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and usage of Databricks workloads.
- Develop execution plans for customer-facing technical roles and activities.
- Provide KPI reporting on customer health and usage status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing roles like pre-sales or consulting.
- Understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
- Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
- Experience in technical program or project management.
- Proven track record of resolving escalations with senior executives.
- Experience in conducting workshops and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
