Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach.
- Craft copy and sequences for cold email, LinkedIn, partners, and marketing nurture.
- Implement and use intent signals for warm outbound efforts.
- Build ICP models and segmentation logic for high-fit account targeting.
- Partner with marketing on ads, events outreach, nurture sequences, and special projects.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize vendors across the GTM stack.
- Create sales and marketing automation workflows, high-quality data pipelines, and a queryable CRM.
- Equip SDRs with creative playbooks, target ICP lists, and appropriate tooling.
Requirements
- Technical familiarity with GTM and automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Clay, Zapier, Gong, Apollo, Instantly, APIs, and webhooks.
- Ability to work in technical systems, fix bugs, think systemically, and contribute to broader GTM strategy.
- Strong interest in complex GTM problems, including SDR playbooks, outbound sequences, and marketing enablement.
- Willingness to work in a high-intensity, in-person team in San Francisco.
- Strong attention to craft, detail, and impact.
