Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Act as a technical leader by setting standards and influencing architectural decisions.
- Mentor engineers and improve engineering practices across teams.
- Collaborate with product, design, and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Help teams navigate complex challenges and make informed tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an engineer building and shipping products.
- Expert knowledge of backend system architecture and design.
- Experience with technologies like Django, Celery, Redis, AWS, and Postgres.
- Proven track record of leading product initiatives from idea to launch.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering strong engineering cultures.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, preferably with early-stage startups.
