Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, cloud platforms, identity providers, HR systems, databases, and applications.
- Configure Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to address business and compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins and provide flexible operational coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Require 3–10+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- Require at least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development, including workflow or rule development.
- Require 2+ years of proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Require understanding of operating systems, relational databases, application hosting frameworks, RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.
- Desirable qualifications include experience with IdentityNow, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, directory and identity-provider integrations, and SailPoint or other IAM certifications.
