Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and services with n8n, HubSpot, and custom code to automate workflows across Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Analyze internal processes, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop AI-powered agents optimized for the DACH market using LLMs and modern tooling.
- Design, deploy, maintain, and continuously iterate on internal platforms and infrastructure.
- Integrate APIs and automate manual processes across multiple SaaS platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, APIs, or backend services.
- Extensive hands-on experience with n8n for workflow automation and integration development.
- Strong fundamentals in code, APIs, data models, and debugging, including judgment about when to code versus use no-code tools.
- Proven experience integrating APIs and automating manual processes at scale across multiple SaaS platforms.
- Experience with the HubSpot API or CRM integrations.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, or similar AI tools.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, or strong eagerness to adopt them.
- Native German proficiency and strong English proficiency.
- Experience with Make, Zapier, conversational or voice AI agents, or operations and support automation is a bonus.
Benefits
- Full-time remote role based in Austria, with Vienna as the primary location.
- Salary range of 70,000 to 95,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work in Austria without sponsorship.
