Responsibilities
- Manage token and network operations, including token configuration, risk identification, and delisting.
- Manage deposits and withdrawals, including suspensions, resumptions, congestion, network confirmations, and address or memo formats.
- Manage wallet balances and fees, including balance supplements, fee monitoring, and adjustments.
- Build operational tools such as data analysis dashboards, backend tools, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Diagnose operational status and prepare daily, weekly, and other analytical reports.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement security measures for digital assets and user information.
- Resolve wallet issues by coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to business needs and oversee implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects.
- Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms.
- Experience managing digital-asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and digital-asset regulatory frameworks.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, self-motivation, learning ability, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
