Base Salary
$120k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on the design, testing, and deployment of simulation tools.
- Drive technical processes for rapid-response simulation-based scenario testing.
- Define and document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Design and implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical leadership to stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality, Simulation, or Technical Operations.
- Experience with ML testing and validation methods.
- Ability to quickly master proprietary software tools and root-cause complex technical issues.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and complex traffic environments.
