Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and delivery for migrations from legacy CPQ and billing platforms to Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Lifecycle Management.
- Design product catalogue, pricing, contract, subscription, billing, data lineage, and ERP integration migration strategies.
- Configure Agentforce agents for revenue use cases including quote assistance, renewals, deal desk, and revenue operations.
- Lead technical discovery workshops with revenue operations, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Design integrations with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, payment gateways, and middleware platforms.
- Lead cutover planning, data reconciliation, risk mitigation, and post-migration validation.
- Create reusable Revenue Cloud and Agentforce migration playbooks, templates, scripts, accelerators, and runbooks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing enterprise Salesforce technology and revenue operations solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including at least two end-to-end CPQ/Billing migration projects.
- 3+ years of client-facing advisory or architecture experience on enterprise Revenue Cloud transformations.
- Required Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Billing Specialist certifications.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, Salesforce Billing, Revenue Lifecycle Management, product and pricing migration, contract and subscription data migration, revenue recognition, integration architecture, and large-data-volume strategies.
- Experience migrating complex product catalogues with 1,000+ SKUs and active contract portfolios with 100,000+ contracts.
- Experience with Agentforce Einstein models, Salesforce Subscription Management, and multi-currency and multi-entity billing migrations.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Application Architect, Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect certifications.
- Preferred experience with Apttus/Conga CPQ, Zuora, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce Classic CPQ, custom CPQ, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Salesforce Industries, Vlocity, OmniStudio, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
