Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support new or revised application systems and programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, and application development work.
- Monitor and control development processes and provide user and operational support to business users.
- Use advanced application development knowledge to solve complex problems and evaluate business and system processes.
- Develop security measures and perform post-implementation analysis to ensure system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Establish operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
- Advise senior stakeholders and coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Lead initiatives, assess risks, and operate with limited direct supervision.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Deep hands-on experience with Java, including multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and JVM tuning.
- Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring MVC.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ORM/data access technologies, message brokers, streaming platforms, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects and working knowledge of consulting or project management techniques.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborate in cross-functional teams, lead initiatives, and manage deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00-$141,500.00 per year.
