Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and source-system understanding into technical solutions.
- Plan and execute short-term and long-term goals individually and with the team.
- Identify, document, and promote best practices.
- Refactor existing solutions to make them reusable and scalable.
- Collaborate with different teams on projects spanning multiple teams.
- Contribute effectively in a self-motivated, innovation-driven environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with C++, low-level system programming, and Windows Internals.
- Experience with performance optimization and operating system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with memory management, multithreading, and system-level troubleshooting in Windows.
- Excellent programming, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Expertise in Agile, peer reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Preferred: kernel-mode development, device drivers, WDM Architecture, cybersecurity, and endpoint security solutions.
