Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks.
- Create responsive and interactive React user interfaces with component and state-management patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish development best practices.
- Optimize application performance through bottleneck analysis, caching strategies, and scalability improvements.
- Debug and resolve complex issues across the full technology stack.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and system architecture.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in React and Node.js.
- Bachelor of Technology qualification is stated.
- A Master of Business Administration is listed as a required degree or field of study.
- Preferred experience with Java.
- Required skill in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON).
