Responsibilities
- Design and deploy software-defined networking infrastructure using Nutanix Flow Virtual Networking.
- Design and deploy network and application-tier segmentation using Nutanix Flow Micro-segmentation.
- Integrate virtual and physical infrastructures with cross-functional teams.
- Configure and manage network policies, security frameworks, and compliance systems in production.
- Optimize virtualization platforms and support workload migrations with minimal downtime.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
- Manage customer engagement, communication, and stakeholder relationships.
- Set and achieve measurable goals for SDN and virtualization projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with data center virtualization and software-defined networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of VLANs, routing, NAT, VPNs, BGP, and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with at least one SDN platform: VMware NSX, Nutanix Flow, or Cisco ACI.
- Experience with ingress and egress, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, subnet overlays, and dynamic routing.
- Expertise in micro-segmentation and Zero Trust architecture design.
- Working knowledge of VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, or Hyper-V.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using CLI, APIs, and network analysis tools.
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification and VMware VCP-NV or equivalent certification.
- Excellent consulting, customer engagement, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
