Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture, technology stack, tooling, and engineering standards for a new product vertical.
  • Build and own core product features end-to-end across backend infrastructure and frontend experiences.
  • Develop scrappy prototypes, run experiments, evaluate results, and turn successful experiments into a dependable product.
  • Establish foundational technical patterns and decisions that can scale with the company.
  • Use AI development tools daily for architecting, building, and debugging across stacks.
  • Work regularly on customer farms to validate solutions and frequently travel to customer farms.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate full-stack or backend coding excellence; capability and potential are prioritized over years of experience.
  • Show customer obsession, impact focus, intellectual curiosity, execution speed, and a bias toward action.
  • Have high ownership, low ego, comfort with ambiguity, and a collaborative long-term mindset.
  • Be proficient with daily use of AI tools for architecting, building, and debugging.
  • Be willing and able to frequently travel to customer farms.
