Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, user-acceptance, performance, and load testing.
- Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios covering varied use cases.
- Document, track, reproduce, and report defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Review application designs and code and provide feedback.
- Ensure applications comply with industry standards and testing best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on testing techniques.
- Stay current with testing methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software testing experience focused on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in test case preparation and execution.
- Preferred experience with API testing tools and database validation.
- Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automation testing and IoT-based applications is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and commit to continuous learning.
