Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions involving Windows internals and system-level components.
- Drive end-to-end feature development from design through implementation and delivery.
- Lead technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in design reviews, code reviews, 5-whys, and RCCAs.
- Improve engineering processes and pipelines, participate in on-call rotation, and handle customer-impacting escalations.
- Develop solutions involving concurrency, inter-process communication, network programming, debugging, and performance profiling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of C++ development experience.
- Strong experience with Windows internals and Windows Server.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as gTest and gMock.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and inter-process communication.
- Experience with network programming, including TLS/OpenSSL and HTTP client/server libraries.
- Expertise debugging with WinDbg and Windows performance profiling tools.
- Linux and macOS operating system experience is preferred.
