Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities as a product expert by demonstrating solution capabilities.
- Understand Criminal Justice Process workflows related to digital evidence.
- Interview and engage user groups within Public Safety agencies.
- Conduct needs assessments with Account Executives.
- Collect solution requirements and interface with Product Management.
- Assist with technical RFP responses and presentations.
- Build Statements of Work.
- Develop and deliver presentations to end users, partners, and consultants.
- Present NiCE’s value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Maintain customer relationships to support long-term revenue and referrals.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and/or sales engineering for government verticals or the Public Safety/Security industry.
- Experience with government purchasing personnel, RFP/bid responses, and state or federal contracts.
- Consultative selling experience, including demonstration and presentation preparation.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, presentation skills, and creative problem-solving ability.
- Experience working with and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Approximately 50% travel per month within the assigned territory.
