Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for a named set of clients using the PowerReviews SaaS platform.
- Update existing integrations and implement new features and pilot programs for client success initiatives.
- Troubleshoot client inquiries involving data feeds, API calls, server responses, CSS, and client-side applications.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Account Management, Engineering, Product Management, and other teams to resolve issues and define product improvements.
- Own external client projects and internal initiatives including upgrades, tools, and documentation.
- Perform quality assurance management and testing for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or practical equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in a client-facing technology role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze data sets for issue resolution and optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
