Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, integrate, document, and test applications, systems, programs, and software.
Build scalable web and mobile applications across front-end, back-end, middleware, and database layers.
Partner with business analysts, product owners, delivery teams, product stakeholders, and business partners to deliver business value.
Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and participate in code reviews.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues with an emphasis on long-term reliability improvements.
Implement performance optimizations across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
Contribute to technical decisions, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical architecture.
Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM models and collaborate with AI/ML teams to ship production-ready solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and promote full-stack and cross-functional engineering skills.

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development and at least 3 years of full-stack development experience.
Strong back-end experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
Strong front-end experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
Understanding of infrastructure and application security for large-scale multi-tenant systems.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API design.
Exposure to agile and waterfall development methodologies, preferably agile.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Module Federation, microfrontends, AI-driven UI/UX patterns, and AI tools or models such as Copilot, Claude, or FactoryAI is preferred.
Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
