Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, microservices, and contact center implementations.
- Create and maintain risk-based test plans and regression packs.
- Perform API contract and payload testing with Postman and SoapUI.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct ETL, data mapping, migration reconciliation, and PII handling testing.
- Execute performance and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage defect triage, issue resolution tracking, and quality reporting.
- Automate test cases and QA reports using Selenium and Jenkins for field-to-field validation across integrated systems.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience testing web applications and microservices, including contact center and telephony solutions.
- Experience with Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Jenkins, Zephyr, Cucumber (BDD), Test Driven Development, Snowflake testing, and ETL testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Preferred experience with NICE CaaS or similar contact center platforms, middleware error handling, AI use case validation, Oracle Fusion and CPQ integration testing, Akamai or WinSCP file transfer testing, and accessibility testing tools such as JAWS.
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is desirable.
- Certification in Selenium, Postman, or relevant test automation tools is desirable.
