Responsibilities
- Lead and architect complex product demonstrations for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
- Educate users on Sanity’s capabilities, philosophy, strategic value, and structured content for large-scale content operations.
- Develop and maintain showcase implementations, enablement programs, and best-practice guides.
- Provide engineering guidance on Sanity implementations, architectural reviews, solution design, and advanced use cases.
- Lead highly technical RFP responses and support internal teams with complex technical questions.
- Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering teams and influence roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Leadership.
- Mentor and guide the broader Solutions Engineering team.
- Support the full pre-sales customer lifecycle from strategic engagement through proofs of concept and architecture scoping.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise and solution-selling environments, including selling to Fortune 500 clients and engaging cross-functional decision-makers up to the C-level.
- Proven solution-selling and customer discovery skills, with the ability to connect software solutions to customer pain points and business value.
- Familiarity with CMS and content operations.
- Strong coding and integration background in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git.
- Ability to design and demonstrate technical solutions, proofs of concept, and integrations.
- Deep understanding of code-development trends, frameworks, technology landscapes, and infrastructure, with the ability to evaluate and recommend technologies.
- Exceptional verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and pre-sales phases.
- Ability to work autonomously, lead initiatives with minimal supervision, and adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to complex technical and business challenges.
