Responsibilities
- Support demos and workshops for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions.
- Gather customer requirements and document technical needs.
- Participate in technical close plan creation and maintain CRM hygiene under guidance.
- Shadow customer engagements involving envisioning, architecture, and compliance.
- Complete foundational certifications such as L200 consultative selling.
- Share observations and ask questions during team debriefs.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Alternatively, 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Relevant certifications in areas such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture and development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture.
