Responsibilities
- Resolve customer support requests for Infor Workforce Management solutions.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare functional and technical programming specifications.
- Configure, analyze, and support Time & Attendance and Multi-View Scheduler modules.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and Cognos reporting.
- Collaborate with Development, R&D, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Global Support teams.
- Monitor system performance and identify improvements to stability, efficiency, and user experience.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous service-delivery improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting, configuring, or administering Infor Workforce Management solutions.
- Functional expertise with Time & Attendance and working knowledge of Multi-View Scheduler.
- Technical experience with Java development, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and/or Cognos reporting.
- Experience in customer-facing support, managed services, or application support.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Preferred: techno-functional consulting experience, Infor WFM managed-services or post-production support experience, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, cloud environments, migrations, or application modernization.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
