Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and support infrastructure platforms for AI agents, AI applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for AI and agentic workloads.
- Implement containerized deployment solutions using container and orchestration technologies.
- Configure cloud-native services, networking, security controls, storage, compute resources, and platform capabilities.
- Operationalize AI workloads, APIs, services, and agentic solutions in production environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, telemetry, and performance analytics.
- Support platform reliability through automation, resiliency engineering, incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements.
- Develop Python automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency, platform consistency, and deployment speed.
- Implement security, compliance, access control, and governance requirements within cloud and deployment platforms.
- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and platform support materials.
- Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, infrastructure standards, reusable modules, automation patterns, and platform engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware technologies.
- Preferred experience with cloud, platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering disciplines.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Python programming and automation experience.
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, container technologies, and orchestration platforms.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud-native environments and Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, distributed tracing, operational telemetry, and highly available production systems.
- Experience with DevSecOps, infrastructure security, automated compliance controls, and regulated or governance-driven industries.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic workloads, including Azure AI services, enterprise AI platforms, AI deployment architectures, large language models, model deployment patterns, and retrieval-based architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
