Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows for DevSecOps control execution, policy enforcement, evidence collection, remediation, and infrastructure automation.
- Design and implement enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware domains.
- Integrate AI capabilities with DevSecOps platforms, APIs, event-driven services, automation frameworks, application security tools, and observability systems.
- Apply automation, monitoring, and optimization to improve infrastructure availability, performance, reliability, and operational consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues and develop production-grade, maintainable, observable, and auditable technical solutions.
- Manage infrastructure engineering projects and processes in alignment with organizational policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, architecture, product, and other stakeholders to improve standards and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to lower-level technical professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- At least five years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware technologies.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree and six or more years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, intelligent automation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, copilots, or autonomous automation using modern LLM and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong Python and API-first software development skills, including production services, automated testing, secure coding, and integration patterns.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, structured outputs, prompt and context management, model evaluation, and enterprise AI safeguards.
- Experience integrating AI agents with GitLab CI/CD, Ansible Automation Platform, infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, application security tooling, artifact repositories, and engineering workflow platforms.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Git-based development, containers, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and cloud or on-premises environments.
- Experience implementing agent observability, audit logging, telemetry, evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop controls, access controls, and operational monitoring.
- Experience in regulated financial services, healthcare, or government environments where compliance affects technical architecture decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical complexity plainly and collaborate across multiple technical and business teams.
- English fluency is required.
