Base Salary
$137k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical requirements sessions and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Architect, document, estimate, develop, and deliver Salesforce implementations and custom integrations.
- Design and develop Salesforce interfaces and provide expert assistance with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, configurations, and advanced customization.
- Lead technical design sessions, development staff, technical scope, business expectations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and provide technical thought leadership.
- Apply advanced Apex programming concepts, including design patterns, governor limits, bulk processing, asynchronous operations, trigger handling, and unit testing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in sales and marketing business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform and using Salesforce administration functionality.
- Experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex classes and controllers, and Apex triggers.
- Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
- Functional lead or consulting experience is preferred.
- Healthcare or medtech experience with related compliance expertise is advantageous.
