Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation for partner integrations within defined service-level agreements.
- Gather partner and operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Partner Operations Managers to define, prioritize, and launch features and internal tools.
- Develop technical documentation and developer tools to improve onboarding, serviceability, and operational scale.
- Review implementations and analyze partner data to identify and maximize growth opportunities using Google technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Six years of experience coding with one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, database technologies, machine learning, solution building, Linux, or Unix.
Benefits
- US base pay of $152,000–$221,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
