Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers and specialists to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Understand customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
- Connect technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
- Promote the advantages of Pure Storage solutions.
- Refine sales strategies and manage technical responsibilities.
- Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
- Oversee evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations to customers.
- Translate customer needs into innovative solutions.
- Respond to RFI and RFP requests.
- Identify new opportunities for testing and validation.
- Collaborate with product marketing to create supporting materials.
- Stay updated on competition and market trends.
- Promote thought leadership within the organization.

Requirements
- Creativity, empathy, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Experience in partner enablement, discovery, and objection handling.
- Pre-sales experience is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications.
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based solutions.
- Experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients.
- Ability to lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures.
- Familiarity with Linux, NFS file systems, and distributed network environments.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and provisioning automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with modern web architecture is a plus.
