Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the Sim visual canvas, the drag-and-drop workflow editor.
- Architect and build front-end systems for complex agent workflows.
- Design the interaction model for creating, testing, and deploying agents.
- Ensure visual flows align with the underlying execution engine.
- Drive performance and responsiveness of the editor.
- Shape developer ergonomics and UX patterns across the platform.
- Work across the stack in a Next.js monorepo, shipping to production daily.
- Set front-end standards for the codebase.
Requirements
- Design-minded full-stack engineer with deep React and TypeScript experience.
- Strong sense of product and UX, caring about user experience.
- Experience building complex, interactive UIs or visual programming environments.
- Track record of shipping polished developer or creative tools to production.
- Deep understanding of front-end performance for complex interfaces.
- High agency and ownership in a small team environment.
- Comfort working across the stack in a Next.js monorepo.
- Experience with real-time systems and AWS infrastructure is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
