Responsibilities
- Support fast and reliable software delivery through development workflows and automation.
- Research and evaluate tools and technologies to improve the technology stack.
- Install, configure, and maintain development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain configuration management, build, integration, and deployment tools.
- Develop scripts to automate operational processes and pipelines.
- Identify and resolve security, performance, and availability issues.
- Instrument systems with monitoring and alerting to support observability.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related professional experience in a DevOps role.
- Deep understanding of code and script writing.
- Solid experience with Linux/Unix administration and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of deploying, monitoring, and automating build processes for microservice architectures.
- Experience with Puppet, Ansible, or Chef for automation and configuration management.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, Docker containers, and monitoring tools including Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, Alert Manager, and Prometheus.
- Experience with in-memory, relational, and NoSQL databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
- Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Experience with SVN, Git, or Bitbucket.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, and English communication skills.
- Experience in the online gaming industry is preferred.
