Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, partners, and clients to identify automation opportunities and define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and support scalable UiPath automation solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop Python applications, automation utilities, APIs, AI integrations, and data-processing solutions.
- Build and maintain web automation solutions using Playwright.
- Design and manage Azure DevOps branching, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release processes.
- Integrate automation solutions with Azure services, enterprise applications, databases, cloud APIs, and business systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance standards.
- Perform requirements analysis, development, unit testing, documentation, and customer-specific configuration work.
- Deliver training, participate in knowledge sharing, and suggest improvements to company platforms and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath across the automation lifecycle, including REFramework, reusable architecture, and Orchestrator.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions and integrating with ERP, Finance, HR, Media, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong Python programming skills for automation, APIs, scripting, AI integration, and data processing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience or advantage with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LLM-based solutions, Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure AI Services.
- Experience with Document Understanding, AI Centre, Integration Service, Apps, Action Centre, Agentic Automation, Copilot, AI Agents, and Human-in-the-Loop solutions.
- Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps is advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
