Base Salary
$213k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality vertically integrated C++ software systems for autonomous vehicle functions across on-vehicle and off-vehicle environments.
- Analyze field data, including logs, and simulation results.
- Participate in cross-functional workflows such as requirements reviews and project planning.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience developing production software in modern C++.
- A BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of C++ patterns, idioms, and unit test methodology.
- Preferred experience developing and troubleshooting distributed systems, particularly embedded systems with microcontrollers or resource constraints.
- Preferred in-depth understanding of microcontroller-based embedded systems and associated development and debugging tools.
- Preferred experience with safety-critical systems and functional safety.
- Preferred experience with cybersecurity, including Secure Boot, SecOC, or MACSec.
- Open source projects demonstrating dedication to high-quality C++ software are preferred.
