Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain GraphRAG ingestion pipelines that transform ERP and SQL data, ESG reports, and streaming feeds into Neo4j, Memgraph, and RDF triple stores.
  • Build NER, entity-linking, deduplication, and canonicalization workflows for vendors, materials, facilities, and other enterprise entities.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines that federate internal supply chain data with GLEIF, W3C SSN/SOSA, Copernicus, and PROV-O data sources.
  • Build low-latency GraphRAG retrieval layers, optimized Cypher and SPARQL queries, NL2Query tools, hybrid vector-graph indexing, and MCP endpoints for LLM agents.
  • Operationalize SHACL shapes as automated data-quality tests and optimize graph partitioning, indexing, and multi-hop query performance over billions of nodes and edges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of production experience building and querying graph databases, including Neo4j, Memgraph, TigerGraph, GraphDB, Stardog, or Virtuoso.
  • Strong cloud technology experience, preferably with Azure and its ecosystem.
  • Advanced Python proficiency, including experience with RDFLib, NetworkX, or PyGraphistry, for scalable production data pipelines.
  • Experience with NLP or LLM-based structured extraction using LangChain, LlamaIndex, spaCy, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and integrating graph databases with Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector for hybrid search.
  • Strong knowledge of RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, RDF-star, SPARQL, T-Box/A-Box graph modeling, RML, and R2RML.
  • Experience with supply chain, carbon accounting, GHG Protocol, or lifecycle assessment data is preferred.
  • Experience building MCP servers for LLM agents and enterprise OBDA approaches at scale is preferred.
