Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Build and improve automation frameworks, reusable libraries, validation processes, and automated testing tools.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Track coverage metrics, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, risks, deployment issues, and mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business, testing, support, project management, and client stakeholders.
- Support continuous deployment practices and perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, project outcomes, and performance reviews according to company standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- FullStack SDET experience and skills.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop automation frameworks, reusable libraries, test cases, validation processes, and automated testing tools.
- Ability to analyze requirements, architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders on acceptance criteria, automation backlogs, and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming and resolve complex technical design and testing issues.
- Ability to document code and automation processes and communicate effectively with testers, developers, users, business experts, and clients.
