Base Salary

$80k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions.
  • Manage customer projects to meet outlined scope and handle escalations.
  • Conduct workshops to support customer adoption of new features.
  • Lead solutioning and manage configuration of all solutions.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the implementation process.
  • Mentor team members in domain expertise and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
  • Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Proven expertise in customer leadership and team collaboration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
