Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions by assessing and reviewing new features.
- Manage customer projects, scope, and escalations to support customer success.
- Conduct workshops and own solution design, prototyping, configuration, and solutions for new feature adoption.
- Lead solutioning and manage configuration of all solutions.
- Ensure customer success throughout implementation and afterward.
- Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
- Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into corresponding solutions.
- Proven customer leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communications across varied audiences.
- Determination to support client success through solution implementation.
- Ability to travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%, typically around 25%.
