Responsibilities
- Elicit client and business analyst requirements to determine CRM needs.
- Design, code, implement, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Use Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and LWC to develop solutions.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot bugs reported by QA or clients across SDLC phases.
- Meet project timelines and development goals using project-specific methodologies.
- Ensure Salesforce application security and integrity requirements are met.
- Create documentation and provide technical training and knowledge transfer to Salesforce staff.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
- 7 to 10 years of experience is listed as required in the posting.
- Good understanding of major Salesforce configuration tools, Apex, and LWC.
- At least one end-to-end Salesforce project development experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent BE/BTech qualification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are desired.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
