Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end features from user experience through backend code.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Manage team performance and support team decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Angular.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
