Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Java and C#.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases aligned with business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, API, and database testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Report defects, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause investigation.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
- Drive improvements in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software testing, quality assurance, and test automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and hands-on Playwright experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java and C#/.NET.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, and NUnit.
- API testing experience with REST Assured, Postman, and Swagger.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps Repos, and GitHub.
- CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps for defect tracking.
- Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.
- Preferred experience with Azure or AWS, JMeter, Docker, microservices, security testing, accessibility testing, and Cucumber or SpecFlow.
- ISTQB Advanced Level, Certified Selenium Professional, Microsoft Azure Developer/DevOps, or Playwright Automation certifications are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
