Responsibilities
- Develop template-based MES recipes and reusable building blocks using Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Map end-to-end pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing processes with process engineers and manufacturing teams.
- Integrate MES with DCS, ERP, data historian, automation, and enterprise systems.
- Execute testing, troubleshooting, validation, deployment, and support across the full MES lifecycle.
- Maintain MES systems in a validated state with high availability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting also specifies a minimum of 8 years in MES recipe design and deployment in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Full-time 15 years of education is required.
- Experience in life sciences manufacturing MES, specifically Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Hands-on experience with MES-DCS integration for process automation.
- Experience with recipe authoring, building block development, validation, and at least one full MES lifecycle project.
- Knowledge of ERP and data historian integration with MES.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially biologics.
- Knowledge of SDLC and pharmaceutical regulations including GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
