Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement features that improve user experience and system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure code quality and performance through comprehensive testing and debugging.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of technology solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies into engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 5–9 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks with expertise across the stack.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
