Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions as a trusted advisor linking solutions to business outcomes.
- Design scalable Procure-to-Invoice solutions across Coupa modules.
- Lead functional design and delivery, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify opportunities to expand adoption, new use cases, and statement-of-work scope.
- Improve delivery frameworks and centers of excellence initiatives through playbooks, training, and enablement.
- Mentor team members, maintain quality standards, and communicate complex ideas to executives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise software implementation experience with eProcurement solutions such as Coupa, iValua, or Ariba.
- At least 5 years of consulting or customer-facing solution delivery experience.
- At least 5 years of procurement and invoicing domain experience, including Procure-to-Invoice processes.
- Proven experience leading multi-module global deployment solution-design workshops and implementation workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
