Responsibilities

Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align solutions with business outcomes.
Design scalable Procure-to-Invoice solutions across Coupa modules.
Manage functional design and delivery using proven methodologies.
Identify opportunities for expanding adoption and driving additional value.
Improve delivery frameworks and COE initiatives through playbooks and training.
Mentor team members and engage executives with clear communication.

5+ years of enterprise SaaS or packaged software implementation experience.
5+ years of consulting or customer-facing solution delivery experience.
5+ years of procurement and invoicing domain experience.
Proven track record of leading global deployments and solution design workshops.
Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
