Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend orchestration layers between AI components within microservices, including agent workflows and runtime operations.
- Build scalable LLM-powered systems with RAG pipelines, tool-use workflows, and multi-step reasoning agents.
- Develop coded AI agents using LangChain, Dify, OpenAI SDK, or Zoom’s internal orchestration system.
- Integrate LLM, RAG, text-to-speech, and automatic speech recognition components.
- Write and optimize prompts, conduct integration testing, and ensure agent systems function properly.
- Collaborate with research and product engineering teams to deliver agent-based solutions across industry verticals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field plus 10+ years of industry experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 8+ years or a PhD plus 5 years.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and multimodal speech and vision systems.
- Programming experience with Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch.
- Familiarity with multiple-agent architectures and experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems.
- Strong problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
