Responsibilities
- Independently deliver complex technical work on Cloud Delivery and Integration projects across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Make sound technical recommendations using standard, reusable, maintainable, and supportable PowerPlan patterns.
- Identify technical risks, assumptions, scope changes, rework, and unexpected effort early and assess their delivery impact.
- Facilitate client discussions and translate complex technical issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document meeting notes, decisions, owners, and due dates after material discussions.
- Coach Consultants on reasoning and troubleshooting approaches and share reusable patterns and lessons learned.
- Decompose technical work into credible estimates and manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and follow-through.
Requirements
- Several years of enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, systems integration, conversion, upgrade, or related Professional Services experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex technical work across project phases.
- Experience authoring technical designs, estimating work, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with the ability to drive discussions to clear decisions.
- A coaching mindset and ability to guide others through technical reasoning and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and recognize and quantify the delivery impact of scope changes.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Preferred experience with PowerPlan's Cloud Delivery or Integration product suite.
- Preferred prior formal coaching or mentoring experience with less senior consultants.
- Preferred exposure to Professional Services economics, including utilization, margin, or engagement profitability metrics.
