Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers and resolve complex integration issues involving code, network traffic, and ad-server configurations.
Lead technical implementations, onboarding, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for Brazilian customers in Portuguese.
Implement MonetizeMore tools such as PubGuru and Advanced Ads for high-value accounts while minimizing downtime and optimizing revenue performance.
Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations for customer websites and mobile apps.
Consult with Business Development and Account Management teams to recommend configurations that improve ad revenue.
Explain complex ad-tech concepts to non-technical customers and communicate customer friction points and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.

At least 5 years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or customer-facing Support Engineer.
Professional or native fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills.
Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP/network protocols, and Chrome DevTools.
Ability to troubleshoot script execution, layout shifts, and page latency.
Strong customer communication, problem-solving, and technical consultation skills.
Experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags is highly preferred.
